Shuaa Al Sharq Automotive Company has four (4) service/genuine spare parts centers located in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Tabuk, in addition to the mobile service which covers remote areas.

What are the working or business hours for service centers?

The working hours for all service centers across KSA consists of one-shift from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Saturday to Thursday.

ACdelco service centers has the authority to perform periodical services and warranty repairs as per dealership recommendations.

What is the warranty coverage period?

Primarily, the warranty coverage period is three (3) years or 100,000KM, whichever comes first. However, given below are notes to fully explain the breadth of warranty coverage.

Engine and transmission are excluded with an additional warranty coverage period to be 6 yrs or 150,000 KM whichever comes first.

There is a conditional warranty period coverage on some consumable parts such as tires, battery, fuses, bulbs, clutch assembly, wiper blades and remote batteries which are covered until three (3) months or 8,000 KM whichever comes first.
